1. Who We Are

MyPassion.ai is operated by Enlix, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 2810 N Church St STE 88358, Wilmington, DE 19802 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@mypassion.ai.

2. What We Offer

We provide an AI-powered career discovery quiz and digital reports, workbooks, and guided programs. Most of what we sell is a one-time purchase: the Premium Career Report, the 30-Day Execution Blueprint, The Career Switch Kit, The Career Switch Kit Bundle, and (for existing owners) the Full Clarity System.

We also offer recurring plans, currently the MyPassion Career Plan, which renew automatically until you cancel. Section 5 sets out how those work. The Service is informational and educational only. It is not professional advice of any kind (see Section 9).

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to access, take the quiz, register an account, or purchase any product on MyPassion.AI. By using the Service in any way, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older.

Where the law of your country of residence sets a higher digital age of consent or a higher minimum age for entering into a contract (for example, 18 in some jurisdictions), that higher age applies to you and you must meet it.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. Any account, quiz response, or purchase made by a person under the required minimum age is void from the outset. We reserve the right to terminate access, refuse service, and delete associated data, without notice, if we have reason to believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements in this section. Our standard refund policy in Section 7 continues to apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details. Taxes may apply.

5. Subscription Plans, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

Some of our products are sold as recurring plans rather than one-time purchases. When you buy a plan, you are entering a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it.

Before you pay, and directly above the payment button, we show you three things: the amount you are charged today, the amount you will be charged at each renewal, and how often those renewals happen. Where a plan starts with a lower introductory amount, the standard renewal amount is shown next to it. By completing the purchase you agree to be charged the renewal amount at that interval, using the payment method you gave us, until you cancel.

Introductory periods convert automatically. If your plan starts with a shorter or cheaper first period, that period does not end the subscription: at the end of it the plan renews at the standard amount and interval shown at checkout, and it keeps renewing after that. To avoid the first renewal charge, you must cancel before the introductory period ends.

You can cancel at any time, and you never need to give a reason. Sign in and open Profile in your dashboard, where the billing link takes you to our payment provider's portal and cancels your plan at the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also cancel by replying to any email we have sent you, or by emailing support@mypassion.ai, and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops all future renewals. It does not by itself refund the period you are in, and your access continues until the end of that period.

If we change the renewal amount or the renewal interval of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, so that you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access to the plan's content until a payment succeeds. Section 7 explains what our money-back guarantee covers on a plan, and Section 8 explains your statutory withdrawal right.

6. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment, you receive online access to your purchased report (and any additional digital content included in your purchase). Access is personal, non-transferable, and for private use only.

7. Refunds / Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every one-time purchase, including the Premium Career Report, the 30-Day Execution Blueprint, The Career Switch Kit, The Career Switch Kit Bundle, and the Full Clarity System.

On a recurring plan, the guarantee covers every payment we take in your first 14 days: email us within 14 days of the day you subscribed and we refund all of it in full and cancel the plan. That includes a renewal charge, which matters on a plan whose first period is shorter than 14 days, where a second payment can fall inside the guarantee window. You do not need to give us a reason. After those 14 days, cancel before a renewal date (Section 5) and you are not charged for the period that follows.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@mypassion.ai (or simply reply to any email we have sent you) within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one. This includes finding the results unhelpful or not what you expected.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Anything you generated or downloaded before the refund is yours to keep.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Right of Withdrawal (consumers in the EU and EEA)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. This right exists separately from our money-back guarantee in Section 7, and nothing in these Terms limits it.

We do not ask you to waive anything. Everything we sell is digital content that we make available to you straight after payment, and by buying it you are asking us to give you that access immediately. We do not ask you to give up your withdrawal right in exchange. It stays with you in full for 14 days on every purchase, one-time products and recurring plans alike, on top of the money-back guarantee in Section 7. You can use either one.

How to withdraw. Use the withdrawal function at mypassion.ai/withdraw, which is linked from the footer of every page and from your orders page. It asks for your name, the contract you are withdrawing from, and the email address we should confirm to, and then asks you to press "Confirm withdrawal". You can also withdraw by any other clear statement: email support@mypassion.ai or write to us at the address in Section 1. You do not have to use any particular form of words.

What happens then. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal in writing without undue delay, stating what you submitted and the date and time you submitted it. We then refund all payments received under that contract within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. Your access to the withdrawn content ends when the refund is issued.

9. Not Professional Advice

The Service, including the quiz, archetype labels, career matches, written reports, suggested next steps, AI-generated content, emails, and any other output, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and is not intended to be, a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to:

• Career counseling, vocational guidance, recruiting, executive coaching, or human-resources advice
• Educational, academic, or admissions counseling
• Life coaching, performance coaching, or any other personal-development coaching
• Psychological, psychiatric, mental-health, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Relationship, marriage, family, or parenting counseling
• Addiction, substance-use, or recovery support
• Nutrition, dietary, fitness, or wellness advice
• Legal advice
• Financial, tax, accounting, investment, retirement, property, or insurance advice
• Immigration, visa, or work-authorization advice

Always seek the advice of a qualified, licensed professional with any questions you have about your career, health, finances, education, legal situation, or any other matter that materially affects your life. Never disregard, delay, or substitute the advice of a qualified professional based on anything you read, see, or receive from the Service.

The Service is not a diagnostic tool of any kind. We do not assess, diagnose, or treat any condition, and the absence of any warning, contraindication, or red flag in our output must not be taken to mean none exists.

If you are in crisis or believe you may be a danger to yourself or others, stop using the Service and contact your local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.

10. Your Decisions & Use of the Service

Any decision you make on the basis of the Service, including (without limitation) decisions to apply for, accept, refuse, or leave a job, to pursue or abandon a particular field of study, to start, scale, or close a business, to relocate, or to make any financial, educational, or personal commitment, is made solely by you, at your own risk, and on your own informed judgment.

You acknowledge that careers, labour markets, salary ranges, occupational outlooks, and individual circumstances change rapidly and unpredictably, that AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and that no quiz or report can account for your full situation.

You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any choice you make, any action you take or fail to take, or any consequence (financial, professional, personal, emotional, or otherwise) that follows from your use of the Service.

11. Intellectual Property & Content Rules

The Site and everything published on it, the quiz and its questions, reports, the ebook, articles, the free tools, the datasets we assemble and the way we organize them, designs, and code (together, the "Content"), belong to us or our licensors. Years of research, writing, and product work sit behind the Content, and it is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws as well as by this contract.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and use the Content for your own personal purposes. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership to you. That includes content you have paid for: a purchase buys you a personal license to use it, not the rights in it.

Without our prior written permission, you agree not to:

• reproduce, republish, sell, rent, or redistribute the Content, or build any product, dataset, or service out of it;
• offer anything derived from the Content in a way that replaces a visit to the Site, deprives us of revenue, or stands in rivalry with what we offer;
• harvest or extract Content at scale, whether with automated software (bots, crawlers, scraping tools, headless browsers) or by hand;
• feed the Content into the training or improvement of any AI or machine-learning system;
• ignore our robots.txt directives, or work around rate limits, paywalls, or any other technical protection on the Site.

Two uses are expressly permitted. Output you generate for yourself with our free tools, such as a resignation letter, a headline, or a calculation result, is yours to use for your own personal and professional purposes. And brief quotation of our Content for commentary, reporting, or education is welcome, provided you attribute it to MyPassion.AI and link to the page it came from.

12. Third-Party Links & Data Sources

We may display links to job boards, communities, government data sources (such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics), or other resources, and we may incorporate third-party labour-market data into the Service. We do not control or endorse these third parties and accept no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, content, services, or availability of any third-party resource.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including (without limitation) any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will produce any particular career, financial, educational, or personal outcome.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is the refund policy set out in Section 7, and we have no further liability to you of any kind, on any theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise), for any claim arising from or relating to the Service, the quiz, any report, the Site, these Terms, or your use of any of them. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited by law (including mandatory consumer rights for consumers resident in the European Union).

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyPassion.AI, Enlix, LLC, its officers and directors, and any of our agents, contractors, or affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any decision you make or action you take or fail to take based on the Service; (c) any content or information you submit to us; (d) your breach of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any law or third-party right. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of that claim.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside, and consumers in the EU/EEA retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the latest version.

18. Acknowledgment

By taking the quiz, accessing your report, purchasing any product, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, including the eligibility requirements (Section 3), the automatic-renewal terms if you are on a plan (Section 5), the No-Professional-Advice section (Section 9), the acknowledgment that decisions made based on the Service are made at your own risk (Section 10), and the Limitation of Liability (Section 14). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
