This test uses 30 original MyPassion.ai items, five per interest area, rated on a five-point enjoyment scale and summed per letter; your code is the top three letters, with ties broken in canonical RIASEC order. The framework is John Holland's theory of occupational themes, public science used across career counseling; the U.S. Department of Labor's O*NET program publishes its own Holland-based Interest Profiler built on the same model. This instrument is not affiliated with O*NET, and we label it that way because an instrument worth linking should say exactly what it is.
